You’ll be working out your whole body while enjoying the beat. Don’t worry if you don’t get all the moves right away… just have FUN! Drink lots of water too! Each video is between 15 and 35 minutes in length.

This series focuses on increasing strength and endurance as well as improving balance and coordination. Have a chair handy and use it for support when needed. Remember: always do what feels good to you, modify as needed, and follow your doctor’s advice.

You’ll be having fun and moving your whole body in each practice. They all have a warm-up and a cool down, with varying levels of cardio and strengthening movements in between. Do one every day for a week as a Challenge or alternate them with your favorite Yoga practices. Adjust your level of intensity as needed.
