New to Yoga?

Start with Chair Yoga Classes. These classes include breathing, stretching and strengthening in an easy and slow format.

Familiar with Yoga?

If you have done Yoga before and can get up and down from the floor with minimal restrictions, then give Gentle Yoga on the Mat Classes a try.

Short Daily Yoga Stretches

We included some short Yoga Stretches you can do daily to help stretch your back and ease your pain.

Always check in with your Doctor or healthcare provider to ensure these practices are safe for you.
