Gentle Somatic Flow™ takes a traditional Hatha Yoga Posture and transforms it into a Somatic Re-patterning. Instead of focusing on stretching a muscle group, as in traditional yoga classes, the viewer is invited to reprogram muscle groups to return to their optimal length in a resting position. This is accomplished though the hallmark Gentle Somatic Yoga technique called pandiculation.
