Each Chair Yoga class is 15-25 minutes and focuses on a particular topic, but covers the entire body for a full body practice. These classes are easy, accessible, fun and empowering. Do one every day for a week as a Challenge, or come back to the ones that are more challenging, because those are the ones your body needs. When you practice Yoga more often, you reap more benefits! And you will feel better too!
