Belinda Pearl hails from South Africa, her entire life has been immersed in physical awareness. She was a professional athlete in South Africa, which has given her the background and understanding of the physical form and biokinetics. She discovered Yoga at a very young age, and was immediately drawn to the healing aspect.
Belinda focuses on the mind-body-spirit connection by creating intuitive healing flows, she also sprinkles in 25+ years of healing experience into her teachings for an additional layer of potency.
Her Yoga background is diverse, she has studied from various schools of Yoga which include Ayurveda, Ashtanga, Anusara, Kundalini, Pranayam, prenatal, vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra, meditation, and sound healing.
