In 2002, Chanda Vaniman completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University near her home town in Georgia. She has always enjoyed fitness and loves to learn ways to be healthy in mind, body and spirit. In 2009 she became Hatha Yoga certified at the 500-hour level and is now Chair Yoga certified through Yoga Vista Academy. She has taught over 5,000 hours of Yoga to all ages and abilities. She is currently seeking a Meditation certification through Brown University’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn and in an online Master of Kinesiology program through Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
She loves being an aunt, hiking and cooking.
It is not important to make your body bend to a certain shape, it is important to listen to your body and move every day.
