Kim is a registered yoga instructor specializing in Strong Functional Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Fitness with Chair Assist, Gentle Yoga for the Older Active Adult and Meditation. In addition to teaching classes and working with clients 1:1, Kim is a contributing presenter for yoga retreats and wellness programs. During the Pandemic, she consulted with the Massachusetts Commission on Aging, in an effort to assist local area senior centers with online fitness class development. Kim has taught thousands of clients in various locations throughout Massachusetts for the past 20 years and believes that moving the body in every direction, with healing intention, brings a better quality of life.
