Sally is a certified Yoga teacher in southern California. She teaches senior fitness classes with a focus on movement to music. She has always had a passion for dance and wants to give non-dancers a way to feel comfortable in sharing that passion. Her Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga classes incorporate flowing movement patterns designed to relax and strengthen, always encouraging adaptations to make each class inclusive for all levels of practice.
Sally’s nursing background introduced her to the importance of moving our bodies in a mindful way – every day! She continues to take advantage of every educational opportunity to further her understanding of kinesiology and biomechanics, so as to be able to present her students with safe and fun classes that will improve their quality of life in aging bodies.
