Sara Sinclair has been in the group fitness arena since the 80’s, and was not only a group exercise instructor and personal trainer, but owned and managed a health club… all while being a full time Child Welfare Social Worker! You can see why, by the late 90’s she fell in love with the physical and mental benefits of yoga. She has made it her passion to bring people together with inspired healthy movement.
Sara has two 200-hour YTT Certificates, is an instructor and national presenter for MOSSA, and is nationally certified through ACE Fitness for the 40th year in a row. Sara currently teaches Yoga, Chair Yoga, Strength, Balance, Mobility and Cardio classes in Southwest Florida. In as much spare time as she can find, she volunteers at the local Humane Society, and is passionate about “Adopt don’t Shop”!
