I’m the Founder of YogaVista.TV, a streaming Yoga video library, and the CEO and Executive Producer of Yoga Journey Productions (YogaJP). I have been at this since 2004 and the time is NOW to unite the world by sharing our Yoga practices online with each other!
I created an online workshop to share how I brought my Yoga teachings to video to reach a broader audience. Above is a short preview of what is covered in this course! I hope to infuse my passion for Yoga and video by giving you some great tips and strategies for sharing your Yoga online! Get ready to learn some new things, and get your creative engine revved up!
I’m always looking for great Yoga teachers to share their videos on YogaVista.TV where they can earn revenue. Let’s create something beautiful together! Please consider following the recommendations below, so your videos can be the best possible for us to add them to the YogaVista.TV library. Consider taking the online workshop that is very affordable and covers a lot of this material. It may take a few tries to get it right, but it gets easier after everything falls into place.

~ We strongly prefer exclusive content not shared anywhere else besides on YogaVista.TV. At the beginning of the Video, please welcome the viewer to Yoga Vista.
~ Be positive and welcoming, especially at the beginning of the video. This helps to attract and keep an audience for the duration of the video.Find a location that is uncluttered and pleasing to the eye.
~ Videos for our library should be between 15-40 minutes in length. Most of our students prefer 20-30 minutes the best.
~ Video quality of 1920×1080 resolution which is HD and commonly supported on smart phones, camcorders, film cameras and such. Minimum size is 1280×720.
~ Put the recording device at eye-level and try to get all your limbs inside the frame (check that your arms don’t go out of the frame if/when extending them overhead)
~ Use an external microphone for good audio quality, especially if filming outdoors.
~ No pets, we love them, but they are distracting.
~ If you use music in your practice (such as in Chair Yoga Dances), please reach out to us to get clearance on the song before using it in your video. At the moment, we only accept music licensed by BMI and/or ASCAP.
~ Submit a short 5 min segment so we can give you feedback on lighting, sound and set.
~ Submit video to video@yogavista.com
Create a video that you will be proud to share with the whole world!
