Speaking Engagements on My Favorite Topic: Yoga

Whenever a speaking opportunity arises for me to share the benefits of Yoga for people over 50, I am all in! Indeed, I’ve addressed people all around my community. For example, I’ve given lectures and held discussions in church halls, conference rooms, parking lots, health fairs, hospitals and corporations, just to name a few.

Quite often, there are people in the group that have never done Yoga before. So I get to be creative in how I meet them where they are at. That being said, what most people want to know is how to deal with the aches and pains that come with the aging process.

Because my passion is to educate and empower people to understand and move their bodies, I created the free 60 minute workshop below:

I finally had the opportunity to film this Community Workshop which includes a 20 minute Energizing Chair Yoga Class! My hope is that you learn something you didn’t know AND that you send the video link to a friend who needs to know these things too! (It’s all encouraging!)

The Community-Focused Workshop

This Workshop was filmed with a local women’s group. Most were new to Yoga, therefore I made sure to provide lots of great information. After watching this Workshop, I hope it enables you to feel great in your body and mind. If it does, please share the video link with a friend who also wants to feel better as they age.
