For instance, if you don’t have a zest for life, then life seems helpless and hopeless. How can Yoga help? Firstly, movement brings prana (life force) into your being which helps energize your body. Secondly, meditation helps to slow down your busy mind and calm your nerves. In addition, meditation gives you more clarity to make decisions that are beneficial for you, not detrimental to you.
